Located just 25 minutes from Sitges and 45 minutes from Barcelona, this charming Catalan "masia" is ideal for large groups of 22 guests who long for privacy and traditional Spanish luxury!
This spacious mansion of Catalunya Casas is located in a property of 1000 square meters.
Entertain your guests with a private pool (8m x 5m), a games room, two living rooms with televisions and a fully equipped kitchen with the following amenities: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven and cooktop . On the ground floor of this two-story villa, there are three bedrooms: (1) a double bed, (2) a double bed with private bathroom, (3) a double bed and a single bed with a bathroom that is equipped for guests with limited mobility.
Five additional beds can be added only to the rooms on the ground floor. The first floor features the remaining bedrooms with the following arrangements: (4) one double bed with ensuite bathroom, (5) one double bed with ensuite bathroom, (6) one double bed with ensuite bathroom, (7) one double bed, (8) two single beds with ensuite bathroom.
Fans are available to use to keep the rooms cool. Sizes of the beds are 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for double bed. Distances: Beach: 20 km Barcelona: 70 km Supermarket: 6 km Shops: 11 km Restaurant: 4 km Train station: 4 km ------------------------------------------ Catalunya Casas specialises in hand-picked, exclusively managed family villa rentals (with pool and garden!) in Mallorca, Ibiza, and the Barcelona area.
Our vacation rentals are close enough to tourist ‘meccas' so as to enjoy all the benefits these areas have to offer, yet far enough ‘off the beaten track’ where our guests have the opportunity to enjoy and experience the real Catalonia/Spain. Please note that we offer a variety of optional services for your convenience and vacation enjoyment.
Below are just a few options that can be booked for an additional supplement after your reservation is confirmed: In-villa catering (paella, tapas, Spanish BBQ) Flamenco lessons In-villa tastings of local cheeses, wines, cavas, chocolate, deli meats Airport transfer Car rental Towels and linens (these are not included in your reservation fee and are charged at 10 euros per person per linens set, and 5 euros per person per set of towels) Early check-in: 20 euros per hour before 17h (for stays of over 3 nights) Late check-out: 20 euros per hour after 10h (for stays of over 3 nights) Excursions / tours Massage Horse riding Air conditioning/Heating (if available). Cot/high chair Welcome pack (filled with delicious local products) Please feel free to ask for more information on any of the above! ------------------------------------------ * Tourism tax: 2.00 euro per person over 16 years old, per night. *Portable air conditioning and heating are available for this property for an additional fee. This is a lovely secluded property in the hills which is great for a private family getaway.
The best part of this Villa is the outside space and pool, which we used constantly.
We did find that the property description a little misleading as the photographs make the bedrooms look bigger than they a...

We had an absolutely lovely time at this house with everything going well. We enjoyed the pool lots and also the spaciousness of the house in general. Gardens are lovely too. We loved the local village with it's very traditional way of life.
