Boasting 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms (plus an extra pool shower), every vacation rental requisite is at your fingertips: large swimming pool, reclining sun loungers, BBQ, covered exterior dining area, ping pong and futbolin tables, bright and airy bedrooms (2 with direct garden access) and some shaded garden sofas.
All you need to add is that perfect ice cold cocktail! Should you every decide to venture away from your vacation rental cocoon, the stunning Costa Brava beaches are just 20 minutes from your doorstep, along with all the fun and frolicking a beach destination brings! The bedrooms arrangements are as follows: Bedroom 1: Double bed Bedroom 2: Double bed with exit to garden Bedroom 3: 2 x individual beds with exit to garden Bedroom 4: 2 x individual beds. The bed sizes are as follows: 100x200 for single bed and 130x200 cm for double bed. Distances: Beach:30 km Barcelona: 80 km Supermarket: 700 m Train station: 5 km Pool size: 4 m x 11 m Pool minimum depth: 0.50 m Pool maximum depth: 1.60 m --------------------------- Catalunya Casas specialises in hand-picked, exclusively managed family villa rentals (with pool and garden!) in Mallorca, Ibiza, and the Barcelona area.
Our vacation rentals are close enough to tourist ‘meccas' so as to enjoy all the benefits these areas have to offer, yet far enough ‘off the beaten track’ where our guests have the opportunity to enjoy and experience the real Catalonia/Spain. Please note that we offer a variety of optional services for your convenience and vacation enjoyment.
Below are just a few options that can be booked for an additional supplement after your reservation is confirmed: In-villa catering (paella, tapas, Spanish BBQ) Flamenco lessons In-villa tastings of local cheeses, wines, cavas, chocolate, deli meats Airport transfer Car rental Early check-in: 20 euros per hour before 17h (for stays of over 3 nights) Late check-out: 20 euros per hour after 10h (for stays of over 3 nights) Excursions / tours Massage Horse riding Cot/high chair Welcome pack (filled with delicious local products) Please feel free to ask for more information on any of the above! -------------------------------------------------- * Energy Rating: C .
