Local Attractions and Activities: - Watersong Clubhouse (5 minutes walking). - Posner Park Shopping Mall (10 minutes driving). - Northeast Regional Park (15 minutes driving). - Lake Louisa State Park (20 minutes driving). - Davenport Historic District (20 minutes driving). - Walt Disney World Resort (25 minutes driving). - Icon Park (35 minutes driving).
