Chalet Schmitten is a luxurious chalet for up to 12 people, combining modernity with tradition. It is situated right opposite the Schmittenhöhebahn cable car - the ski slope nr. 15 ends nearly directly at the house. There is no better location to begin your skiing or hiking holiday in Zell am See!
The chalet is an ideal property for families with children as the main Zell am See ski school is located right in front of the chalet, avoiding bus or car journeys.
You will also find a wide selection of hotels and restaurants providing dinner as well as ski hire and play areas nearby.
Chalet Schmitten provides the ideal base for families and groups who like quick and easy access to the Zell am See ski & hiking area and who will enjoy the stunning mountain surroundings and quiet environment.
The centre of Zell am See can be reached within a few minutes.

- Wonderfull open-plan living area with modern kitchen, large dining area, lounge with fireplace (only usable in Winter - closed from May-December) and a Gallery play-area

- Large Balcony with mountain and ski-slope views
LOWER FLOOR:
- 3 Bedrooms with double bed (2 en-suite Bathrooms with Shower + WC)
- 1 Bedroom with 2 built-in bunk beds for 4 people
- 1 Bathroom with bathtub, in-bath Shower + WC.
- private Sauna and exit on the Terrace with Whirlpool ... (ONLY TO BE USED from December till end of April - outside of this period it will cost €240, to be paid onsite)
- Outside Ski storage room with ski-boot drying rack

Die Küche ist mittlerweile sehr gut ausgestattet! Wir haben in ein paar anderen Bewertungen gelesen dass das nicht der Fall sei, aber es war wirklich mehr als genug (wir waren 10 Erwachsene, es wurde viel und groß gekocht) vorhanden :)
Ansonsten waren wir wirklich alle hin und weg von dem Appartment...
