Villa Garden Rose is a beautiful small villa with swimming pool and garden in Porto Cesareo, accommodating up to 8 guests.
It`s equipped with accessories such as parking area in the property, above-ground swimming pool, barbecue and outdoor shower.
Moreover, there are the air conditioning, electric oven, hair-dryer, tv and mosquito nets. Porto Cesareo is known for its beautiful beaches and the seaside locations of Torre Lapillo and Punta Prosciutto. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - Pool available from May to October. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Air conditioning in the bedrooms. - There is a dependendance where the owner lives.

Ottima la disponibilità dei proprietari e dell'accoglienza.Struttura adeguata è conforme a quanto rappresentato.Unico elemento da modificare in presentazione la distanza dal mare che non è di 500 mt (forse in linea aerea) ma di 1.100 mt.Soggiorno gradevole e da consigliare.
