All the units are completely independent, the first one is a two-bedroom apartment, the other one is one-bedroom apartment and the last unit is a studio apartment. The access to this two-bedroom apartment is provided from the central street of Ugento.

The entrance opens into the furnished living room with table and relaxation area which leads to the sleeping area with two double bedrooms equipped with air conditioning and to the bathrooms with tub.

A hallway provides access to the equipped kitchen and to the second bathroom with shower.

The most beautiful beaches of Salento as Lido Sabbioso, Lido Cocoloco, Torre Mozza, Pescoluse and popular Maldives of Salento are at the distance of about 6 km away. The property represents an ideal solution for those who want to spend their holiday between the beaches and cultural attractions. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am).

An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price.
