The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in L'Île-Rousse, this charming air-conditioned apartment of a surface of 45 m² and being able to accommodate until 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an open equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The accommodation is composed as follows :
Living space :
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, a double sofa bed and dining area
- A kitchen equipped with : oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, cooking plates...
Night space :
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
Outside :
- A terrace of about 12m² exposed East with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
The apartment is ideally located in L'Île-Rousse, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Beaches
- Visit of the village of Balagne
- Climbing
- Hiking
Transportation :
- You will be able to park for free in the parking lot of the residence.
- Nearest train station : Calvi (About 35 min).
- Nearest airport : Calvi (About 30 min).
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, in addition (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are for information only, subject to change by our partner.
- Animals are accepted free of charge. Only one animal is accepted per stay.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.

Résidence Eucalyptus "Malgré un très bon contact avec l agence de gestion le logement n a pas répondu à nos attentes. Clim en panne, lit de 140 au lieu de 160. Bâtiment situé à proximité d une route passante (nous avons dormi les fenêtres ouvertes en raison de la panne !).
En dehors de cela le logement est bien équipé et fonctionnel."

🙁 Appartamento molto sporco e in condizioni di manutenzione precarie...tapparella elettrica guasta che rimane aperta facendo entrare luce al primo mattino ed essendo al piano strada chiunque sarebbe potuto facilmente entrare ....zanzare che sembra di essere in una risaia"
