This comfortable holiday apartment is the ideal place for a successful holiday by the sea. Wake up every morning with a breathtaking view of the sea and enjoy direct access to the beach from the apartment. Relax on the terrace to have breakfast or an aperitif while admiring the view.
The apartment is completely renovated and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
You will find a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV, internet connection, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom with its shower room and WC. Also enjoy the air conditioning on hot summer days.
Two paddles available as well as beach games
The building is located in a quiet and secure area, with access to the “Resident” private car park. You will be within walking distance of restaurants, bars and shops, as well as the charming center of Port Grimaud.

• Household linen is delivered in the form of packs for the number of people announced when booking. Possibility of setting up beds at an additional cost.
• No change will be provided unless requested by the customer at least 2 weeks in advance. (Paid service)
• No additional linen pack can be provided less than 2 weeks before arrival.
• Charges will be applied for any additional person.
• End of stay cleaning is not included. Possibility of cleaning in addition.
• Tourist taxes to be paid in addition
• Animals prohibited (unless written agreement from the agency).
• Contract to be returned signed to the agency under penalty of cancellation of the reservation.
• Deposit by pre-authorization on credit card on arrival.
• Opening hours: 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. from Monday to Saturday (Saturday only from May to September)
