This apartment can accommodate 6 people.
The master bedroom has a 200x200cm bed. The other two bedrooms have a 180x190cm bed and a 160x190cm bed. You can enjoy the terrace after a lovely day by the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, such as a DolceGusto coffee machine, a washing machine and a tumble dryer, etc. Two of the three bedrooms also have a television. The bathroom has a bath and a shower. Linen will be provided for your stay, including sheets, towels and kitchen tea towels. There are numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you won’t need a car throughout your stay. The lake is a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride away.
Bikes can be hired nearby (there’s a superb cycle path that goes all the way round the lake). 🅿️ The apartment has a private garage where you can park your car. 🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery available from €9.90 per person per day. Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake amidst a stunning mountain backdrop, is renowned for the quality of its environment and its high standard of living. Boasting a remarkable location on the lower reaches of the lake, the town has successfully preserved its architectural and historical heritage. ⏰ Check-in is available daily from 4 pm until 9 pm. After 9 pm, if a self-check-in solution cannot be arranged, a surcharge of €20 will apply. If the accommodation is available earlier, we’ll be delighted to welcome you before 4 pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself. Ausstattung (Raclette Grill, Pfannen, große Töpfe, Waschmaschine und Trockner, bequeme Betten
Der Teppich in der Wohnung war schon etwas schmuddelig, Backofen sehr dreckig, in der Küche müsste mal eine grundreinigung gemacht werden

L'appartement est bien équipé, les photos correspondent à l'appartement. Le quartier est calme, on peut facilement se rendre au centre en bus, sinon 30 bonnes minutes de marche. Les lits sont confortables, malheureusement il n'y a qu'un seul WC pour tout le monde.
