The accommodation comprises - 18 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - A shower room - Separate WC Outside: - A 6 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. The flat is ideally located in Capbreton, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. What we do: - Water activities, - Pump-track area - Skateboarding - Stadiums and cycle paths nearby Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Bénesse-Maremne station (7 km) - Nearest airport: Biarritz airport (38 km) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.

Le Balcon du Port Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Capbreton. L’appartement est fidèle aux photos, propre et très bien placé. Nous avons échangé avec Pierre, qui a été très réactif et à l’écoute. Je recommande cet appartement !

Le Balcon du Port Logement très mignon à proximité du port, du centre ville et de la plage. Le nécessaire était là et très bonne communication avec l’hôte ! Je recommande. :)
