This lovely three room, 60 sqm apartment is located on the 5th floor (with two elevators) and consists in an openspace with living room, dining room and kitchenette, two bedrooms ,one bathroom and a balcony.
The property opens onto the day area.
The building was built in 1949 and designed by the Architect Angelo di Castro and was totally renovated in late 2019.
The architectural particularity and a careful choice of furniture highlights its brightness and modernism .
The heating and air conditioning system is centralized with ceiling fan coils with an individual room thermostat. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed (160 cm x 190 cm) and a wall-mounted television. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (twin beds), two bedside tables, a wall-mounted television, a small armchair and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed(160cm x 190cm), two bedside tables and a small wardrobe.
You have access to a Balcony from the second bedroom. The kitchenette has a refridgerator, washing machine, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, electric boiler, coffee machine (Nespresso), cutlery and crockery for six persons.
A table with 6 chairs completes the kitchen area. The bathroom has sanitary facilities and a walk-in shower.
In the small hallway there is a cabinet with the washing machine .

Via Flavia is located in the Sallustiano neighbourhood which is located in the northern part of the Quirinale hill, one of the seven hills on which Rome was founded. The neighbourhood has as its centre point in the the quiet Piazza Sallustio, the only real square in the where you can still see the remains of the Horti Sallustiani from which the neighborhood took its name.
This neighbourhood can be divided into two areas, one between via Piave and via Piemonte-via Salandra, with a moderate population density, and the remaining one up to via Bissolati, practically uninhabited and with a high concentration of offices and ministries. Close to Via Flavia there is the beautiful Piazza Fiume, where there are marvelous palaces of the past together with buildings of modern architecture. Near Piazza Fiume there is Porta Pia, a beautiful structure built by Michelangelo Buonarroti, which became famous in 1870, when there was the battle between the papal troops and the Italian troops, which marked the end of papal power and the return of Rome to the Italy. Via Flavia welcomes innovation combined with history. Full of different restaurants where you can taste the typical dishes of the capital. The area is connected by bus and metro, it is located a few meters from Via Veneto, Piazza della Repubblica and Via Nazionale.
The area is full of restaurants, bars, clubs and shops, in fact there is plenty of choice.
In the area there are several supermarkets; COOP in via Venti Settembre open until 20.30 and also PAM Local Supermarket always in Via Venti Settembre open until 22.00.
The closest Cinema is located in Corso d'Italia 107, Cinema Europa.
The Gellini Pharmacy is located in Corso d'Italia n. 100 and is open 24 hours a day.

Apartment is showing signs of wear and tear. However, ideal for our 3 night stay. It was clean, had air conditioning and there were places to eat nearby. The area was quiet. It is on the 7 th floor but the lift was very efficient. The company representative did an excellent handover and was very helpful.

The apartment is spacious, clean, with a balcony. It’s near Termini station and has amazing food and ice cream less than 2 minutes from the building. It also has a supermarket near.

Very good building complex. It is located in a good area and the apartments are clean and exactly the same as the photos. fully satisfied and I will book it again in my nest trip to Rome
