In the commune of Nanton, we offer this charming 169 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 14 travelers.
It comprises an attractive 80 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 200 m² garden.
Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows First floor - 80 m² living room with TV and 2 lounges. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A shower room - Separate WC First floor - Bedroom 1 and 2 : Double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 3: One double bed (140x190) and 1 bunk bed (sleeps two) - Bedroom 4: 4 single beds and 1 bunk bed (sleeps two) - Bathroom with shower and bath - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot.
Exterior - A beautiful 200 m² garden with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Nanton, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities : - Walking trails just a few steps from the house. - Chalon dans la rue" in summer (street shows). - The wine cellars of Saint Gengoux le National and Buxy, on the Burgundy wine route. - Taisey, a small religious village.
Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (possibility of parking 4 vehicles on the side, and one vehicle in front of the house).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Tournus (16 min by car). - Nearest airport: Dole (1h13 min by car).
Other notes : - Free WiFi available (fiber optics) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use - All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement. La grande salle à manger / cuisine est idéale pour passer de bons moments aux repas. Le dortoir est très utile pour les enfants. Très bonne communication avec l’hôte. Logement propre. Il y a aussi un espace avec de la pelouse (pratique pour les jeux extérieurs ).

La maison est très spacieuse, les chambres sont grandes et la pièce a vivre également. Tout est pratique, bien équipé, propre. Mention spéciale pour les 3 extérieurs : 2 tables, plein de chaises, le barbecue, les transats....tout le monde trouve sa place !!
