The apartment Raffaello is attached on one side to a house which is not inhabited and on the other side to the holiday apartment Graziella.
Independent entrance: Outdoor area on the front of the apartment equipped with table, chairs, barbeque and sun-umbrella.
Entrance on the ground floor: living-cum-dining, fire-place, SAT-TV, little couch, kitchen with dishwasher, induction cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, filter coffee brewer, toaster, stairs to the 1st floor: wardrobe with washing machine, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, 1 double bedroom with TV, air-conditioning, wardrobe, 1 twin bedroom with sliding door, TV, safe. The furnishings are tasteful, parquet tiled floors in the bedrooms, terracotta on the ground floor.
All windows have mosquito nets.
Internet WiFi max 3 GB/week Included.Parking within the property. Internet Wi-fi included up to 3GB/week. Pool opened from beginning of May until end of September, for the exact dates please contact us. Please note: All additional costs, as well as the security deposit, are to be paid on the spot, IN CASH. The quantifiable additional costs must be paid together with the security deposit, IN CASH, at CHECK-IN. The extra charges, which are calculated according to consumption, are to be paid at the end of the stay. Casa fantastica, isolata e circondata da boschi nonostante sia 15 minuti da Lucca. Confortevole in tutto. Federico e Simone sono molto simpatici ed estremamente disponibili. Consigliatissimo!!

Very relaxing and peaceful location. Thanks to Simone for the lovely surprise basket of food and wine. We appreciated the gesture as we arrived without any food. The swimming was very enjoyable. We would definitely stay there again.
