Cocoonr Agency offers you this superb 74 m² duplex apartment, ideally located on a quiet street in the heart of Strasbourg, just a few steps from one of the city’s most sought-after neighborhoods.
Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, this property combines the charm of a typical Alsatian building with the comfort of a contemporary renovation.
You will appreciate its calming atmosphere, carefully arranged spaces, and natural coolness, particularly pleasant in summer.
It includes a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, and a shower room. To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, cleaning is included and 4-star hotel-quality linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) is provided.
For your comfort, the beds will be carefully made up before your arrival. The accommodation is composed as follows : - A large, bright, and welcoming living room, featuring a lounge area, including a double sofa bed, and a dining area. - An equipped kitchen including, among other things: a refrigerator, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and kitchen utensils, designed to combine practicality and comfort. - Two bedrooms with queen-size beds and storage space, offering a pleasant setting ideal for rest. - A contemporary bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail, for optimal everyday comfort. Surroundings : Just a few minutes’ walk from the quays and the iconic Petite France district, you can fully enjoy the unique atmosphere of Strasbourg’s historic center, with walks along the Ill River, traditional restaurants, and charming little streets. Transport and parking : - “Saint Nicolas” bus stop, 200 m away. - “Porte de l’Hôpital” tram stop, 350 m away, providing access to the train station in about 15 minutes. - If you come by car, street parking is paid in the immediate vicinity of the property. - The recommended parking is the Parcus “Austerlitz” car park, located about a 7-minute walk from the accommodation, at a rate of €22 for 24 hours. Other notes : - Sheets and towels included. - Free Wi-Fi available. - Pets are not allowed. - A shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, located outside the apartment and shared with the rest of the building, is accessible during your stay. - The property is a duplex: one level is on the ground floor, the other in the basement.
The bedrooms are located on the lower level and do not have windows. - To compensate for the lack of windows, an efficient ventilation and dehumidification system has been installed.
It may, however, emit a noise that could disturb some guests’ sleep. - The staircase connecting the two levels is narrow and relatively steep, making it less suitable for young children and requiring a bit of caution.
This type of layout is typical of Alsatian buildings and contributes to the authentic charm of the place. On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr Strasbourg team, specialists in “ready-to-live-in” rentals, who will remain at your disposal throughout your stay. La Halte Strasbourgeoise Our stay at the airbnb was great! Most of the amenities were in great shape, however if you are sensitive to moisture this might not be the best apartment for you, due to the basement and the bathroom which isnt able to drain water from the shower properly. Communication and check in was seamless so I definitely recommend this agency!

La Halte Strasbourgeoise "Le logement est idéalement situé, à proximité de tout.
Le logement est agréable, spacieux et bien équipé.
La seule amélioration serait un petit plus au niveau du nettoyage (odeur de renfermé, taches sur les matelas…), le coût des frais de ménage n’est pas assez justifié selon moi."

La Halte Strasbourgeoise "Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, da man eigentlich direkt in der Innenstadt in der Nähe von vielen Attraktionen ist.
Allerdings hat der Geschirrspüler nicht funktioniert. Hier hat es auch bereits komisch gerochen.
Was allerdings nicht in Ordnung war, war der Schimmel ...
