Cocoonr Agency offers you this superb, fully refurbished souplex apartment is located in a quiet street next to the renowned Hôtel du Dragon.
You can take advantage of its proximity to the waterfront to stroll along the River Ill and dine in the famous restaurants of the Petite France district (a UNESCO World Heritage site).
You'll particularly appreciate the coolness of the apartment in summer! The apartment is equipped to accommodate up to six people (2 double beds and a sofa bed for 2).
The accommodation comprises - A bright, friendly living room with the following facilities: sofa, sofa bed for 2 people, wardrobe (containing sofa bed linen), coffee table, TV, dining area with dining table. - Fully-equipped modern kitchen: fridge, microwave oven, hob, kettle, coffee-maker, kitchen utensils - First bedroom with double bed and storage space with hangers - A second bedroom with a double bed, also with storage space and hangers - Bathroom with walk-in shower and heated towel rail - Laundry room with washing machine and dryer outside the apartment, to be shared with the rest of the building Transport links : - Close to public transport, just 200 m from the "Saint Nicolas" bus stop and 350m from the "Porte de l'Hôpital" streetcar stop.
Both allow you to reach the station in around fifteen minutes. - Parking is difficult in the immediate vicinity of the apartment (few spaces and high rates).
Public parking lot "Centre Historique Petite France" is a 12-minute walk away.
Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the apartment - Please bear in mind that the apartment has been recently renovated, so people sensitive to dust or odors may react to it. - The apartment is a souplex, which means that one level is on the first floor and the other is in the basement.
The first floor faces the street.
On site, you'll be greeted by the team from Cocoonr Strasbourg, the agency specialized in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand to help you make the most of your stay.
Access to accommodation is from 4:00 pm.
Keys are to be collected from a key box installed on site, the code of which will be sent to you by message on the day of your arrival (you will have a set of keys at your disposal).

La Halte Strasbourgeoise Our stay at the airbnb was great! Most of the amenities were in great shape, however if you are sensitive to moisture this might not be the best apartment for you, due to the basement and the bathroom which isnt able to drain water from the shower properly. Communication and check in was seamless so I definitely recommend this agency!

La Halte Strasbourgeoise "Le logement est idéalement situé, à proximité de tout.
Le logement est agréable, spacieux et bien équipé.
La seule amélioration serait un petit plus au niveau du nettoyage (odeur de renfermé, taches sur les matelas…), le coût des frais de ménage n’est pas assez justifié selon moi."

La Halte Strasbourgeoise "Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, da man eigentlich direkt in der Innenstadt in der Nähe von vielen Attraktionen ist.
Allerdings hat der Geschirrspüler nicht funktioniert. Hier hat es auch bereits komisch gerochen.
Was allerdings nicht in Ordnung war, war der Schimmel ...
