The apartment is located on the second floor of this small-scale apartment complex.
The high wooden ceilings add atmosphere and space to the apartment.
Especially the living area with its lovely sitting area and fireplace immediately invites you to spend a relaxing evening, while at the large dining table plans are made for the next day.
Especially the two large balconies at the front and rear are a unique asset to this holiday home The cosy centre of Kaprun is within walking distance.
As many as two parking spaces are reserved for you in the multi-storey car park.
You won't need that car right away either.
Winter sports in Kaprun stand for snow guarantee, cosiness and a range of possibilities.
Together with the village of Zell am See, it forms a beautiful winter sports region with many opportunities for skiing or snowboarding.
Kaprun is surrounded by no fewer than three ski areas, including the Kitzsteinhorn glacier area.

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen in der Unterkunft und hatten eine tolle Zeit.
Wir waren zum Skifahren in Kaprun und das hat sich wirklich gelohnt.

Spacious rooms, lovely fireplace, several balconies, good sauna. Good garage and a ski room. The kitchen however needs an update and in particular the tableware which is not plentiful enough. The advertisement lists a washing machine which is incorrect and there is not one in the building either.
