Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents "The Bohemian Chic".
It is located near the hyper center of Rouen, specifically 50m from the Rouen Prefecture and 200m from the Place du Vieux Marché. Combining a chic modern/vintage bohemian decoration, this superb apartment will offer you all the necessary comfort for a wonderful stay. Everything has been designed to make you feel at home! Many shops and restaurants are located near the apartment.
Located on the 3rd floor without an elevator, arranged as a duplex, it can accommodate 4 people. It consists of the following
- A fully equipped fitted kitchen (refrigerator, oven, induction hob, coffee machine, worktop, plenty of storage, kitchen utensils, etc.);
- A dining room with antique wooden table;
- An "Italian-style" shower room with WC.
Upstairs, you will find
- A first bedroom equipped with a double bed of excellent quality;
- A second bedroom equipped with a double bed of excellent quality;
- A superb relaxation area (living room) equipped with a "frame" TV with access to Canal+, OCS, Netflix, Disney+, and Spotify. We also provide 2 yoga mats and board games.
The location is ideal for those who wish to enjoy the charm and life of Rouen, while being less than 2 minutes by car from the main roads.
The following are at your disposal: bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
NB: The apartment does not have a parking space, but many parking spaces are available in the surrounding streets. For private parking, 500m from the apartment, you will have access to the underground parking of Place du Vieux Marché and La Pucelle.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the bank guarantee in case of excesses or damage. Thank you for your understanding.

The accommodation is located near the hyper-center of Rouen, close to all the main tourist attractions of the city (the Gros Horloge is less than a 300m walk away).
Your journeys will be facilitated due to its proximity to railway and road axes. You will be only 3 minutes from the train station by car (10 minutes on foot); this accommodation is ideally placed for all your travels in the region (Deauville, Honfleur, Etretat, etc.). You are also close to all shops and cultural centers.

Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Check-in: Check-in will be done physically between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key handover.
Check-out: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a quality welcome. Thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for informing your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged 20 euros, to be paid by the booking platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.
In case of arrival after 10:30 p.m., it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your night will not be refunded if applicable. Note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please inform us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
A valid ID may be requested upon entering the premises. An inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.
If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
