Sumptuous triplex located in the heart of the marinas, it will charm travelers seeking to enjoy a magnificent view between land & sea!
Located within the famous marinas of Deauville, with no vis-à-vis, and arranged over 3 levels (triplex), this superb contemporary apartment boasts a balcony/terrace with sea and beach views, 3 bedrooms (including 1 superb sea view), and 2 bathrooms.
With a maximum capacity of 6 people, the apartment is composed as follows:
- On the first level: A spacious living area with balcony/terrace offering a 180° view between land and sea, a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining table, and a lounge area with Smart TV.
- On the sleeping side, on the second level, you will find: 1 beautiful bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), overlooking the heights of Trouville and its fishing port, as well as a bathroom with bathtub.
-On the top floor: two bedrooms, including a master suite with direct sea views and a mezzanine bedroom, semi-open yet separated and private (see photos for details). Both rooms are equipped with queen-size beds (160x200 cm).
The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy the charm of Deauville while staying in a quiet area (5 minutes walk from the city center and the casino).
Provided for your convenience: bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
Upon request, an outdoor private parking space can be provided for the duration of your stay.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation.
In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and to claim damages from the security deposit for any excesses or damages.
