Close to the city center and all amenities, in a living area, you won’t miss anything to enjoy the city and the oceanic breeze ! This large and bright studio is located on the 2nd floor with elevator, consists of a living space of 29 sq. m and includes : - a nice balcony with an amazing view on the ocean, - a cozy living space with a comfortable sofa-bed and a retractable double bed, - a bathroom with bathtub, - a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, hot plates, fridge), - a vacuum cleaner, washing machine, ironing equipment, hairdryer - babycot and high chair (on demand), - TV and Wi-Fi, - a private parking lot. ## Welkeys quality Discover the French art of vacation living with Welkeys. > Before your stay, our Welkeys experts will give you all the information you need for your arrival.

At last, for a younger and more festive atmosphere, you can go along Anglet beaches, very close also.
Don’t hesitate to surf, Biarritz beaches are renewed for this sport ! ## Transit From the station → 30 min by transport or 15 min by car From the airport → 30 min by transport or 7 min by car ## Access At your arrival, you will be welcomed by the concierge of Welkeys who will give you keys and will assist you during your stay. ## Interaction We will be at your disposal before, during and after your stay.

Positive:
Appartement fonctionnel, idéalement situé. La vue sur l'océan est exceptionnelle. Proche des plages. Résidence très calme et très bien entretenue.
Negative:
La salle de bains n'est pas très fonctionnelle. On regrette l'absence de douche.
