This beautiful 20 sq. m studio, recently renewed with top range materials, is on the 2nd floor (with elevator) and includes : - a nice large terrasse non overviewed, - a cosy living space with a comfortable sofa-bed, - a night corner with a simple bed, - a fully-equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, micro-wave, hot plates, fridge, dish-washer), - a bathroom with shower, - vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, - TV, stereo, - a ski locker. → A high quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure → We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo → Thanks to our partner Skiset, you benefit from very special rates for your equipment location ! More information when booking. ## Neighborhood Located at the heart of Rochebrune neighborhood, 2 min away by foot from the cable car, you will be at the best place to enjoy the huge ski domain.
All shops, including ski and equipment rental shops, will be just nearby the flat, as well as numerous bars and restaurants.
In 6 min walking, you will be at the center of Megève village and will be able to enjoy all the animations, both in winter and summer.
You will also be able to move around easily and join the other cable cars thanks to the free bus service.

Malgré l’étroitesse du studio l’agencement est bien pensé. Cuisine et salle de bain très sympa.
Negative:
Le couchage. Lit 2 places trop bas et matelas trop mou
Lit 1 place dangereux trop étroit pour la hauteur.
