This 39 m² flat is located on the 3ᵉ floor without a lift and comprises: - a spacious and cozy living room, - a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer), - bedroom with double bed - bathroom with shower, - hoover, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing facilities, air conditioning, mosquito net, clothes hangers, - TV (no channels, just apps) and Wi-Fi. → A high quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure → We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo ## Neighborhood Nestling in the heart of Montpellier, the flat offers unrivalled proximity to all the city's restaurants, shops and activities.

Rien nous ne sommes pas restés . Doutes sur l’hygiène de la literie avec poils cheveux et traces pouvant faire penser à des punaises de lit.
Le manque de réactivité du service client de Welkeys en sa qualité de prestataire. le peu de considération pour notre demande de relogement puis de remboursement. Voir la mise en doute de nos propos.

Les trois étages à pieds sont sportifs mais c était indiqué

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de todo, muy cómodo para una estancia larga. Muy tranquilo y silencioso a pesar del gran ambiente que hay alrededor.
Negative:
Tan solo le falta una mesa y dos sillas para poder trabajar y mejorar la limpieza bajo los muebles.
