Located on the first floor of a quiet residence with terrace, this charming studio is composed of :
- a terrace of 13 m²,
- a nice living room with comfortable sofa bed,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a well equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine and iron,
- baby bed,
- TV and Wi-Fi,

Appartement bien situé et facilement accessible. L'agent était réactive et ponctuelle au moment de la remise des clés. En revanche logement est dans un immeuble non insonorisé et la vaisselle n'était pas bien nettoyée.
