This very nice 50 sq. m flat, located on the 1st floor without elevator, includes :
- a nice terrasse with a beautiful view on the mountains,
- a living room with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- a bedroom with a double bed (splittable into two singles),
- an fully equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, mixer, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates, dish-washer),
- two bathrooms including one with shower and one with a tub,
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- TV and Wifi,
- ski locker,
- a closed garage as well as a private parking spot are available.

Located 4 min away to Jaillet cable cars, just nearby the kids ski runs, you will be at the best place to enjoy the huge ski domain.
All shops, including ski and equipment rental shops, will be a few steps away from the flat, as well as numerous bars and restaurants.
In 8 min walking, you will be at the center of Megève village and will be able to enjoy all the animations, both in winter and summer.
You will also be able to move around easily and join the other cable cars thanks to the free bus service.

Belle perspective. Equipement correct
Negative:
Appartement trop encombré par les objets personnels du propriétaire. Trop peu de place pour ranger nos propres affaires tant dans la cuisine, la chambre ou le séjour. Il manquait un transat sur la terrasse.
