Located in the area known as Siller, Villa Maite is around 15 minutes' walk from the seafront and centre of Puerto Pollensa.
This lively seaside resort has a magnificent sandy beach lined with a huge choice of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops all overlooking the water.
For anyone wanting to explore more of what the island has to offer, it's only a short drive to Pollensa Old Town or the neighbouring resort of Alcudia.
You'll also find a host of attractions, golf courses and family activities in the surrounding area.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April.
