Location:
Quiet village on the edge of the Eggstätt-Hemhofer lake district, close to very beautiful bathing area at the Hartsee, direct connection to cycling/hiking trails, suckler cow husbandry on the pasture, central starting point for many excursion possibilities.

Facilities:
9 cosy apartments for 2-5 people, all with 2 separate bedrooms, adequately equipped kitchenette (with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, egg boiler, coffee machine), dining area, living area, bathroom/WC with hairdryer, satellite TV with DVD, free W-LAN, radio, CD, some with balcony. Balcony in some rooms. Cots, high chairs and fall-out protection available for hire.

Special features:
Large lounge with billiards, table football and board games, as well as a large kitchen for group meals.
Playground with sandpit, swing, gym pole, climbing net, slide, petting enclosure with rabbits and guinea pigs, table tennis, giant trampoline, many children's vehicles. Playground is fenced all around. Horse riding possible in the neighbouring village. Bread rolls, milk, eggs. Washing/drying possible.
Our animals on the farm: cows and calves on the pasture, chickens, cats, donkeys, shettys, goats, sheep and pigs.
Weekly barbecue evenings during the summer months.

Conditions/extras
The flat rent includes service charges and final cleaning (short-term surcharge for less than five nights). Free W-LAN in all flats, terrace and garden.
The use of the lounge with large kitchen, as well as the provision of cots, high chairs or fall-out protection are also free of charge.
Visitor's tax is charged separately on arrival (0-6 years free, 7-17 years 0,30 EUR per night, from 17 years 1,00 EURper night).

Arrival description
Von Süden her kommend: A8 München - Salzburg, Abfahrt Bernau. Prien, Rimsting, Eggstätt. Durch Eggstätt durch, ca 2,5 km nach Eggstätt kommt Oberulsham, letzter Hof auf der linken Seite. Einfahrt VOR dem Hof/Garten (Einfahrt beschriftet).

Von Norden her kommend: A8 München - Salzburg, Abfahrt Haar, dann der B304 folgen bis Obing. Nächster Ort: Pittenhart, dann Richtung Amerang. In Aindorf links abbiegen Richtung Eggstätt. nach ca. 3km am Kreisverkehr geradeaus, Richtung Eggstätt. Nach ca. 2 km Ziel Oberulsham erreicht. Erster Hof auf rechter Seiter, Einfahrt NACH dem Hof/Garten, ist beschriftet.
