Accommodation description
This modern property is located right on the slopes in the Saalbach-Hinterglemm area.
With a cosy corner kitchen, a balcony and terrace with breathtaking views and close to the ski lift, this is top location.
You can enter the slopes right at the house! There is a toboggan run next to the house.
In summer, the area offers peace & nature, as well as sporting outings: 450 km of hiking trails, 180 km of mountain bike trails, 4 mountain lifts, 30 Alpine lodges & a swimming pool with 3 slides Discover beautiful Saalbach-Hinterglemm (and its surroundings!) from the comfort of your own holiday home.
This charming residence is the perfect base for both summer adventures and winter fun.
Explore the extensive hiking and mountain biking trails, reach the mountain peaks with the nearby lifts, or relax in one of the many cosy alpine huts.
In summer, the local water park Käptn Hook offers cooling and fun, while the winter months transform the area into a ski and snowboarding paradise, with direct access to the slopes and a nearby toboggan run.
From winter 2025/2026, there will be a new ski slope located right next to the property, equipped with snow cannons.
This means there is a high chance of guaranteed skiing and snowboarding right up to the apartment Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed.
Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine. Haus absolut in Ordnung. Sehr steile Straße bergauf. Sehr starker Schneefall letzte Woche und nur gerade so mit einem quattro nach oben gekommen. Mit Vorderradantrieb nur Schneeketten ein absolutes Muss.

Huis helemaal goed. Zeer steile weg omhoog. Afgelopen week zeer veel sneeuw gevallen en kwam met een quattro maar net aan boven. Met alleen voorwiel aandrijving sneeuwkettingen een absolute must.
