The property, spread over a single level with a breathtaking view of the bay of Porto Luna, guarantees a unique and unforgettable experience.

The decor in a refined ethnic style, with its warm colors and decorative elements, recalls the warmth and hospitality typical of Sardinia. The house has *three double bedrooms equipped with all comforts, two full bathrooms with shower, a small but characteristic kitchen equipped with small and large appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals or just a coffee to enjoy in the exclusive equipped porch, pride of the property and from which you can admire the sea on the horizon in all its countless shades of color. Complete the property the bright and panoramic living room with dining area, ideal place to relax and share special moments with family or friends. *Two of the three bedrooms, although furnished with the same care and attention to detail of the main room, do not have windows or direct light.

The rooms are equipped with atmospheric lighting and adjustable air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort.

LOCATION Villasimìus, "Crabonaxa" in the Sardinian language, is the ultimate holiday destination of the south-eastern coast of Sardinia, where crystal clear sea, white beaches, social life and good food are a perfect mix for the holidays of many tourists.

Villasimius is considered the "pearl" of the south-east of our island, its coastline is formed by a wonderful variety of beaches, interspersed with small cliffs and the promontory of Capo Carbonara.

The most famous beaches of the coast are Porto Sa Ruxi, Campus, Campulongu, Porto Giunco, Punta Molentis, Simius, Spiaggia del Riso and Timi Ama beach.

In town, there are numerous supermarkets, local markets, local crafts shops, shops, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, but also banks, post offices, petrol stations, medical guards, etc. Porto Luna Beach Porto Luna beach is part of the Municipality of Villasimius and is placed in the Marine Protected Area of Capo Carbonara.

It’s the closest beach to the house (not equipped beach), about 300 mt, and it takes just a few minutes’ walk to reach it walking along a small dirt road.

Porto Luna beach is located between Is Traias beach and Is Prezzus beach, it’s not a large beach and is made of medium-grained white-golden sand with a shallow and sandy bottom and some flat rocks, the sea is crystal clear with shades between green and turquoise, moreover, Porto Luna beach is surrounded by the typical Mediterranean vegetation. *IMPORTANT INFORMATION We usually personally welcome all our guests by making an appointment for the delivery of the keys and the check-in operations.

The Sardinia Chic Staff will welcome guests from 4.00pm to 9.00pm and check-out from 8.00am to 10.00am (check-outs before 8.00 am must be communicated during the check-in operations). 72 hours before arrival it is necessary to communicate the time of arrival at the airport or port to our Booking Office with a WhatsApp message, or by email to info@sardiniacohosting.it, so as to be able to arrange an appointment with the Sardinia Chic team, for the delivery of the property. Since we are not a hotel, we do not offer a 24-hour reception service.

Therefore, we advise our Guests to contact us in advance to arrange the check-in time with our team. Requests for early/late check-in and/or late/early check-out are subject to availability and incur a supplement. The Contract Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign the rental contract, required by law, for short-term tourist stays. Deposit The refundable deposit of € 800,00 should be paid by credit card at check-in.

It is fully refundable at check-out unless damage is caused to the House. Local Council Tax The tourist tax, excluded from the total stay, is applied in accordance with municipal regulations where applicable.

Please note that the Municipality of Villasimius requires the payment of a tourist tax to be paid on site.

From 1st March to 31st October, € 1,00 (One/00) per person for every night (10 years are excluded).

The local council tax has to be settled directly by the Guest to the Property Manager Agency, and must be paid in cash during check-in operations. ** Pets weighing less than 10kg are allowed in this property, with the exception of dangerous animals, free of charge.
