It consists of a living room (2-seater convertible sofa), dining room and fully equipped kitchen area (oven, washing machine, electric hob, top refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher). a bedroom with a 140cm bed completes the apartment.
It has a private wifi connection. . Private parking is located at the foot of the building.
Town center accessible in 5 minutes on foot, the beach is 8 minutes away on foot. Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00). - High chair rental: €15 per week - Baby bed rental: €15 per week - Wifi box rental: €39 per week The rental must be left clean and in good condition.
Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated upon request) You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (No cash or check).
