This beautiful bungalow for six persons is located in Callantsoog in the province Noord-Holland.
The holiday bungalow is located on a spacious and peaceful park.
Children can play in the park on the extensive play areas.
There is a large play lake with a beach, a playground, a soccer field, a jeu de boules court and a table tennis table.
At a very short distance you can find an indoor swimming pool and there are tennis courts (for a fee).The tastefully furnished bungalow is surrounded by a spacious garden with lots of privacy.
In the sheltered garden with south facing terrace, children can enjoy themselves.
There is a large play lawn, a sandpit and playground.
There is a parking space for two cars on site.
The house has a spacious living room with sofa and dining table.
Cable television, stereo and DVD player are provided.
Furthermore one can make free use of the available wireless internet signal (bring your own laptop).
The open kitchen is fully furnished and fully equipped.
Fridge / freezer, a filter coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, stove and microwave obviously not lacking in the newly installed kitchen.
The house has central heating.
The bathroom has a bath with shower.
You will also find a toilet and a washbasin.
On the ground floor you will also find the master bedroom with double bed, cot, wardrobe.
With fixed staircase leads upstairs where there are two bedrooms each with two single beds.
In the storage room, the washer, dryer and extra freezer.
You will also find two bikes and one children which you can explore the surroundings.
Particularities • The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 18 years. • Please indicate in the comments field if you want to use the cot. • Energy costs are included up to an amount of EUR 60 from October to April and EUR 30 from May to September.
If energy consumption is above average, these costs will be charged to you.
Please bring the following items with you for this holiday home: • Towels • Surroundings Callantsoog is a lively seaside resort with many cosy restaurants and good shopping facilities.
By the way, a day of shopping is also good in Alkmaar.
There is plenty to do on the beach: take beach walks, go banana boating, drink cocktails in one of the cosy beach bars or enjoy a magnificent sunset.
There are wonderful cycle paths in the area that provide hours of cycling fun in the dunes.
Slightly to the south in the dunes, you will find the unique Zwanenwater nature reserve.
The flora and fauna are invaluable and unique in the Netherlands and very rare plants can be found here.
Two dune lakes are a food source for the many birds that find a nesting place here.

Ein sehr schönes und vor allem sauberes Ferienhaus! Uns hat es gut gefallen und wir können uns gut vorstellen, noch mal wiederzukommen. Beachten muss man aber die Lage: der Park befindet sich nicht in Callantsoog, sondern 4km weiter. Dadurch ist es einerseits ruhiger, andererseits braucht man immer ein Fahrzeug um z.B. zum Einkaufen zu fahren.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit nettem Vermieter in einer sehr schönen Umgebung. Der Strand war nicht weit und für den Hund einfach mega.

Der Gastgeber war sehr nett, und das Ferienhaus ist halt in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt halt Pflege.
