Just outside Zoutelande, you can rent this beautiful four-person holiday home.
It is located in the barn of a farmhouse and very comfortably and completely furnished.
It has a beautiful dune view and a large, sunny garden, offering you a fantastic place where you can see the sun rise in the morning and enjoy the setting sun again in the evening.
There is a large playing field for children and also a small meadow with some sheep and chickens.
If there are more than four of you, you can also rent holiday home ZE178 next door. Shops are situated within walking distance.
Zoutelande offers several restaurants and terraces.
Zoutelande offers the only south-facing beach of the Netherlands and, thus, most sun hours.
The beach offers two beach pavilions, situated at only one km of the holiday house.
Don’t hesitate, rent this wonderful holiday house in Zoutelande, Walcheren and experience a fantastic holiday! On the ground floor, you have access to a spacious bright living room with a new, fully equipped kitchen.
The living room is cosily furnished and equipped with a sofa, two armchairs, DVD player, satellite TV and radio.
The open kitchen is equipped with a dining table, four-burner cooker, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, fridge/freezer, combination microwave and kettle. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds with box-spring mattresses.
The nice bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. The holiday home has central heating, washing machine, free internet, high chair and cot. The garden with views of the farmlands is adjacent to the living room and can be accessed via a sliding door.
The spacious garden is equipped with garden furniture and a parasol. A bicycle shed and private parking are at your disposal. You can darken the sliding doors with a roller shutter on the outside. Particularities • The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 18 years. • In the months of June, July, August and September this property can only be booked for full weeks from Friday to Friday. Surroundings The famous beach of the pleasant town of Zoutelande is located in the south of Walcheren and is also the only beach in the Netherlands facing south.
Zoutelande is located in the middle of various nature reserves.
Through these beautiful natural surroundings you can follow various cycling and hiking routes.

Wir haben hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub erlebt. Ein sehr schönes geräumiges und gemütliches Ferienhaus hat uns erwartet. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Großes Gelände. Sehr schön für Kinder. Alles vorhanden was man braucht . Wir kommen gern wieder.

Es ist ein sehr schönes, geräumiges und vollständig eingerichtetes Haus.
Das Grundstück ist bemerkenswert groß; besonders schön ist die gemütliche, sonnige Terrasse.
Ortsmitte und Strand sind problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Ruhiger Schlaf ist garantiert.
Die Vermieter sind distanziert und unaufdringlich.
