In the centre of Zoutelande you will find this four-person flat with large roof terrace (40m2).
The flat is in a prime location, only 70 metres from the North Sea and the beach.
The promenade, villages with cosy shops and the beach are within walking distance.
The area is perfect for relaxation in the form of beach recreation, water sports, walking and cycling.
On the sea side, the promenade of Zoutelande turns into a footpath over the dunes, past Groot-Valkenisse and Dishoek to Vlissingen.
The view over Walcheren and over the sea, where many ocean-going vessels sail right past the coast, makes this walk an experience.
Behind the promenade is the shopping street with several nice shops and cosy terraces.

There is an open kitchen with dishwasher, filter coffee machine, fridge with small freezer compartment and electric hob.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double box-spring bed and one with two single box-spring beds.
There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
The spacious 40m2 roof terrace is furnished with a picnic table and garden furniture. Particularities • The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 18 years. Het appartement is sfeervol, compleet en heel schoon, met ruim dakterras. Heel handig, dat de aardige contactpersoon in de leuke winkel eronder is. Helemaal super, dat het strand echt dichtbij is, erg mooi😍.
Het enige waar onze honden in het begin moeite mee hadden was de trap. Gelukkig waren ze er al snel handig in geworden🤗, dus geen probleem.

Bij aankomst was het al lekker warm gemaakt, omdat de verwarming tijdig aangezet was. Het gegeven dat onze hond mee kon is een dikke pré! Al met al een geschikt adres voor een langere of kortere vakantie. Overigens waren in het dorp veel voorzieningen gesloten maar dat lag aan de tijd van het jaar. En, ook belangrijk, goed bereikbaar met OV.

We hebben genoten huisje heel fijn
Wat we wel missen als je er langer bent een wasmachine om een keertje een was te draaien maar verder perfect en voor volgend jaar hebben we al weer geboekt
