This uniquely located six-person private holiday home is located on the border of the Drenthe town of Zuidlaren.
To arrive at the holiday home you drive down a cart track, and then you enter an oasis of peace.
View over the countryside and a spacious garden with a real pizza oven for those who like to be challenged on a culinary level.
In the summer you can use the vegetable garden, the herb garden and the greenhouse (in winter it is closed).
In the area you can walk and cycle and enjoy nature.
The village of Zuidlaren is two kilometers away, here you will find all necessary amenities.
There is also plenty to do for children.
In the area there are the Sprookjeshof, a swimming pool, the Drentshe Aa, the Zuidlaardermeer and a little further Wildlands in Emmen.Cozy furnished living room with a dining area and sitting area with a wonderful view of the garden which you can reach through the garden door in the living room.
The kitchen has a spacious dining area and is fully equipped such as a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, four-burner stove, filter coffee machine, kettle, mixer and an oven.
Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and one with a double bed.
Upstairs is the third bedroom with a double box-spring combination and a sleeping area with a cot.
Upstairs is the modern bathroom with a shower, bath, double sink and a toilet.
There is also a second guest toilet downstairs.
Outside a lovely enclosed garden with a trampoline, pizza oven, BBQ, two sun loungers and a terrace with garden furniture.
There is also a sandpit and a playground with a swing and a slide in the garden.
Parking in the yard.
There is no TV in the holiday home.

In the surrounding area, you will find beautiful natural landscapes, moors, esdorpen and the beautiful dolmens of Drenthe.

There are several restaurants in the village where you can enjoy a delicious meal, and for a day of shopping you can drive to Groningen or Assen in no time.

Prachtige plek. Vele mooie wandelingen gemaakt. Eerste indruk is heel goed. Kleurrijk ingericht en de woonkeuken grenst aan een mooie grote tuin. Bedden sliepen prima. Mooie badkamer met dubbele douche. Wij hebben een mooie tijd gehad en komen graag terug

Een sfeervol en gezellig compleet huisje. Leuke indeling. Fijne meubels. Super luxe badkamer. Fijn bed.
Eigenaars niet gezien. Was voor ons ook niet nodig. Wel erg aardig aan de telefoon en de app.
