This 56m² holiday home is suitable for two to four people and is located in a quiet part of Zoutelande. The beach is about a five-minute walk away. The charming shopping street with restaurants and a supermarket is also within walking distance. Zoutelande offers many opportunities for long cycling and hiking trips. For example, take a walk over the dunes towards Vlissingen with a beautiful sea view. The charming town of Middelburg and the seaside resort of Domburg are easily accessible by bike.

The house is fully equipped and furnished for a maximum of two adults and two children. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes an induction cooktop, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle. There is digital television with a comprehensive international package (including eight German channels), a DVD player, and a radio.

Upstairs, there's a spacious bathroom with a sink and shower. There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, and one of them has a TV. Duvets and pillows are provided. Underfloor heating is available throughout the ground floor, and central heating is available upstairs.

Behind the house lies a sheltered garden of approximately 45m² with a cozy (and refreshing!) veranda and sun terrace with garden furniture. Your bicycles are covered, and there's a charging station for two e-bikes.
