This beautiful four-person holiday home in the Drenthe village of Exloo is located in the very spacious yard, behind the house, of the hospitable owners.
The holiday home has a wonderful sauna and in the yard there is a outdoor spa (about 20 metres behind the holiday home).
The town centre, the golf course and the forest are within walking distance.
For the bicycles there is accommodation and possibly a charging point.
In the beautifully landscaped garden there is both a sun and a shade terrace.
From the garden there is a view of the beautiful Drentse Heuvelrug.In the spacious but cosily decorated living room there is a cosy sitting area with TV.
The living room is heated by underfloor heating and a cosy pallet stove.
The open kitchen has a four-burner cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle and a Senseo coffee machine.
On the ground floor there is a spacious bedroom with two single beds (80 x 200).
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin.
Upstairs there is also a spacious bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200) and a storage space.
There is also a cot here.
The staircase is equipped with a solid stair gate.
The house also has a sauna and, further out in the yard, a outdoor spa and outdoor pool.
Particularities • Children and babies are not allowed in this property. • The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 20 years. • Use of the sauna is EUR 35 per half-day session.
To use the outdoor spa, you pay EUR 25 per day or EUR 75 for a weekend, EUR 100 for a midweek and EUR 150 for a week.
The outdoor spa can then be used for two hours a day.
You arrange this on site with the owner. • Please note that the swimming pool can also be used by the owner.
The pool is available from May to September between 08:00 and 18:00.
Depending on the outside temperature, the pool can also be used in April and October. • Only adults over 20 years old are allowed in this property.

Goedemorgen,
Wij hebben het heerlijk gehad, 3 zussen die ieder jaar zo'n weekend weggaan. Ook bij Anita erg gastvrij.
1 ding wat we nooit eerder meemaakten is dat we apart moesten betalen voor het buitenspa en aan moesten geven wanneer we gebruik wilden maken van de sauna en dan per keer daar € 35,00 voor moesten betalen.

Leuk huisje in een zeer mooie omgeving. Wel was het gehorig mbt het lopen over de verdieping en de trap. De douche was schoon maar weinig water en liep bij gebruik de ruimte in. Zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen door beide eigenaren.

Handig zou zijn om een gebruikshandleiding van alle apparaten in een map te doen. Bedden zijn ook aan vervanging toe.
Maar de omgeving is top en het was lekker rustgevend daar in Exloo.
