The house offers up to 6 beds. There are accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, TV and electric oven.

Three-room apartment for rent for 6 people 100 meters from the beaches of Campomarino di Maruggio The entrance is in a small lobby shared with another adjacent vacation home.
From here start the stairs leading to the second floor, where the sleeping area of the three-room apartment is developed.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one twin with bunk beds.
The floor is complete with a shower room. On the second floor there is the eat-in kitchen, the second bathroom and a large equipped terrace from which there is a sea view.
The surroundings of the vacation apartment in Campomarino The Trilocale is located on the upper floors of Appartamenti Le Conchiglie, just 100 meters from the beach and about 200 meters from the center of Campomarino di Maruggio, a seaside resort in the Taranto Ionian arch where all services are present in summer. The coast of Campomarino is characterized by crystal clear, deep blue sea, along sandy beaches, coves and low and accessible cliffs: a sea suitable for all ages. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Air conditioning in one double bedroom and in the hallway of the sleeping area. - The bathroom in the living area does not have a bidet. - Shared entrance.

Ci ha infastidito parecchio l'odore di un deodorante per la casa, per il quale abbiamo dovuto tenere tutte le finestre spalancate per 2 giorni.

L’accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Sarah ont été parfaits du début à la fin de notre séjour. Le logement est très bien équipé et parfaitement situé à quelques pas de la plage.
