La casa si trova in una località tranquilla a 30 minuti da belle spiagge come quella di Nicotera Marina o a 45 minuti dalle spiagge di Pizzo
1) aria condizionata: in casa sono presenti due condizionatori, uno funzionante in una stanza da letto (le altre 2 ce l’hanno), il cui motore produce un notevole e fastidioso rumore, e un secondo, non funzionante, in soggiorno.
2) pulizia: quando siamo entrati in casa abbiamo trovato oggetti lasciat...
