The Cocoonr agency offers this charming apartment for rent in Vars, with mountain views and a ski resort within walking distance.
It has a surface area of 39 m² and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it consists of a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, an open sleeping area and a shower room.
Wi-Fi included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 20 m² living room with a double sofa bed, TV and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, family coffee maker and Nespresso machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - An open sleeping area with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2) - A bathroom with shower and WC Outside: - A 10 m² terrace with mountain views and furniture to enjoy sunny days The apartment is ideally located in Vars, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Outside the opening period, from mid-April to the end of June, activity in the resort is reduced, with restaurants, ski lifts, grocery stores, etc. closed. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park of the accommodation. For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest train station: Mont-Dauphin, 19 km away (25 minutes by car) - Nearest airport: Marseille, 250 km away (3 hours by car) Other remarks: - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - Free Wi-Fi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Any request to arrive or depart outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.

la conciergerie était très disponible
dommage de n'avoir pas été prévenu que des immeubles se construisant autour, il y avait des nuisances à partir de 8h du matin"

La Maya excellent séjour dans l'appartement idéalement situé. celui-ci aurait été parfait si des travaux dans la station (grues) ne faisaient pas du bruit, dégageant de la poussière et altérant la vue.

🙂 l emplacement est idéal pour se rendre au Point Chaud et/où au centre de la station. appartement très fonctionnel et bien entretenu.
🙁 nous estimons le prix du ménage excessif pour la surface à nettoyer,95€.
