Just 50m from the dunes and 300m from the sea, you will find this beautiful group accommodation in a typical residential area.
Want to enjoy a wonderful weekend with your family or friends? Koksijde is a vibrant coastal town with many sights and opportunities for fun day trips for young and old.
The attractive center with its many shops, restaurants and bars is less than a kilometer away from the accommodation! This group accommodation is suitable for 15 to 20 people and fully equipped.
The cozy and tasteful living room has teak furniture for 20 people and a very comfortable seating area with cozy leather chairs and a television.
The very well-equipped kitchen has a large stove, a very solid oven, large refrigerator, freezer, filter coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave.
On the ground floor there are two toilets, a separate shower and a bathroom with bath.
On the first floor there is a toilet and a spacious shower room with a washing machine. The house has seven bedrooms.
Each bedroom is equipped with a duvet and pillow.
One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and has four single beds and a sink.
The other bedrooms are on the first floor.
Two of these bedrooms have four single beds and a sink, bedroom four has a double bed with sink and bedrooms five, six and seven have a bunk bed with sink. There is also a veranda with wooden table and chairs to fully enjoy the spring and autumn sun, an enclosed south-facing terrace with teak table and chairs, awning and a barbecue.
The villa is surrounded by a garden with some trees, which provide gentle refreshment in summer. The multifunctional space on the second floor can be rented on request for meetings, seminars and spiritual relaxation. Particularities • Sports clubs, student associations and youth groups (up to 25 years) are not allowed. • The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 24 years. • During school holidays this accommodation can only be booked for weeks from Friday to Friday. • This property cannot be booked by youth and young people groups. • Energy consumption costs will be settled with the deposit after departure: Electricity: EUR 0.48 per unit, Gas: EUR 1.22 per unit, Water: EUR 10.30 per M3, Garbage bags: EUR 2 per piece • There is no parking available at the property.

Situation de la maison, proche de la plage des dunes et des commerces . Parking payant certes mais raisonnablement. Literie confortable. Vaisselle en suffisance.
Manque de lumière dans les chambres(lampes de chevet inexistantes). Terrasse et jardin pas du tout conforme aux photos de l'annonce. Jardin peu praticable . Terrasse très ensoleillée mais parasol (2) dont 1 franchement bancal. Tente solaire ne fonctionne plus.
Au niveau de la cuisine, armoires vraiment en désordre et pas très propres.
Coût du nettoyage très élevé(150 euros)

150eur extra voor poetsen. Op eerste zicht netjes, maar kasten met potten, besteklade, ... best vuil. Ook tussen en onder chauffages veel stof (merkten we bij het schoenen drogen)
Hier en daar ook enkele mankementen. Maar het heeft onze vakantiepret niet bedorven.

Maison idéalement située, proche de la plage.Par contre cuisine avec un matériel mal rangé et pas très propre(casseroles, bacs à couvert) Jardin peu exploitable car relief difficile. Terrasse très ensoleillée avec 1 parasol correct, le deuxième peu efficace car cassé à sa bas. Toile solaire inexploitable car défectueuse.Salle de bain minimaliste
