It is a fantastic location 250 m from the Pampelonne beach near Ramatuelle. At this perfect holiday home, there is no need for your car; walk to your favorite beach bar (audible) for a lovely lunch ! Admire the comings and goings of the jet set in high season with their yachts and private helicopters (audible). You share the driveway of the large property with the tenants of the other semi-detached holiday home. Each has its own large, fenced flat garden (1200m2), and there is no sight contact
This holiday home is the perfect base for exploring the Côte d'Azur. In the evening, of course, go to Saint-Tropez for the parade of Ferraris and Maseratis, beautiful people, and, of course, that one pistachio ice cream on the boulevard! The next day, enjoy shopping at the market in Saint-Tropez—a phenomenon! In the afternoon, visit the small but lovely museum 'L'Annonciade,' where you can admire works by painters Paul Signac (the one with the dots, 'pointillism') and Matisse. Bakeries (delicious strawberry tarts!), restaurants, and shopping are all in the most beautiful village in France: Ramatuelle. 18-hole golf courses at Saint-Tropez, St Maxime and St Raphael. There is an amusement park (Azurpark) and a supermarket near Saint-Tropez, and a water park near Fréjus
