Bright apartment of 70 sqm located on the first floor of a building with lift (step to access), can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
The property is located in the charming and central district of Venezia Nuova (ZTL) and boasts a beautiful view of the canals.
The New Fortress is only 550 meters and 100 meters from the Old Fortress. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and balcony. The accommodation of 70 sqm is located on the first floor of a building with lift (step to access). The interior space is composed as follows: - BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, split A/C, balcony; - BEDROOM 2 with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C; - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV, split A/C; - KITCHENETTE with induction hob, table with chairs, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, oven and microwave, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses, balcony; - BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet; - 1 BALCONY. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, communal heating, air conditioning (two bedrooms and living room), iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, washing machine. Only one courtesy kit is provided upon arrival. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax (€1,00 or 1.70€, depending on the seasonality per person per night of stay). We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Livorno Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th. A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours: - EUR 10 from 21:00 until 22:00; - EUR 20 from 22:00 until 23:00; - EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00.00 - EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01.00 All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Die Lage des Apartments ist wirklich klasse und auch die Inneneinrichtung ist stimmig. Wenn auch kein Wohnzimmeetisch ganz schön wäre. Insgesamt haben wie uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
