This holiday home is suitable for nine people and is located on a small-scale, green park in the middle of the woods.
The holiday home is characterised by a lot of space, five bedrooms, two bathrooms and the woody, large garden.
For the children there is plenty to do in the garden! For example, there is a playhouse with a climbing rope and climbing stones, a trampoline and a climbing mountain in the garden.
Nature lovers will be in their element here! Get on your bike or take a walk and go exploring in the Drents-Friese Wold.
Explore the fens, heaths and stream valley grasslands and get to know all the beauty that Southwest Drenthe and Southeast Friesland have to offer.
Would you rather take a refreshing dip? Then pay a visit to the nearby playpond Canadameer.
The living room has a comfortable sitting area with a corner sofa, armchair, television and a fireplace.
The dining area has a long dining table with enough room for the whole family.
There are five bedrooms in the house.
The largest bedroom has a double bed of 160 cm wide and a sofa bed.
There is another bedroom with a cot and a single bed (90 cm wide).
There is also a bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm wide.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor a bedroom with a double bed 140 cm wide.
And the last bedroom has a bunk bed, of which the upper bed is 90 cm wide and the lower one 140 cm wide.
This holiday home has two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
Both bathrooms have a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
A high chair, baby bath and tummy tub are standard.
Outside you have a large, wooded garden with various seating areas and sufficient garden furniture.
Under the canopy you can enjoy the sun all year round.
The garden is completely fenced in and includes a playhouse, trampoline, climbing frame made of car tyres, sand bench under a tree, tree chair, climbing mountain and a children's garden seat.
Playing tennis or football is no problem either! There is enough space to park several cars.
Particularities • Sports clubs, student associations, youth groups (up to 25 years), primary school groups, friend groups (up to 30 year), friend groups (from 30 years) and business groups are not allowed. • The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 18 years. • The energy costs are deducted from the deposit, the rates are as follows: EUR 1,50 per kwh and EUR 3 per m3 gas. • Surroundings The Drents-Friese Wold is the second largest continuous forest area in the Netherlands after the Veluwe.

Fijn huis. Wel helemaal volgestouwd met spullen. Huis behoeft opruimbeurt. Gelukkig schoon. Achteraf voor een vuilniszak betalen vond ik niet zo leuk.

Samen met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen genoten van ons weekendje weg, midden in de bossen van Wateren. Prachtig huis, een hele fijne locatie voor jong en oud.
