This dreamy and at the same time cozy holiday apartment offers you time to relax.
This apartment provides enough peace and retreat options for up to 5 people due to its room layout. Please note, however, that a double bed is placed under the sloping roof, and there is limited headroom here! An ideal spot for children but also suitable for adults! The spacious living room creates an alpine feel-good atmosphere with its tiled stove and rustic wood.
The well-equipped kitchen and the open dining area practically invite you to cook together.
For those looking for a bit more variety, there are restaurants and après-ski bars in the vicinity that surely offer a suitable alternative. Thanks to its perfect location near the lift and cross-country ski trail, you can start directly into the winter sports fun of the Zillertal Arena.
At the Intersport store, you can rent suitable equipment for your activities. If you've never skied or haven't done so in a long time, we recommend the Hochkrimml ski school for you. In summer, Hochkrimml is an ideal starting point for hiking, mountain, and mountain bike tours.
If you appreciate the peaceful surroundings, you are absolutely right in Hochkrimml during the summer season.
The Durlaßboden reservoir, the Kristallbad in Wald/Königsleiten, or the WasserWunderWelten in Krimml offer a nice change of pace. Ski room (shared)

Tolle Dachgeschosswohnung, die liebevoll eingerichtet ist und auch die Ausstattung vor allem in der Küche ist super. Im Winter optimal gelegen um schnell auf der Piste zu sein.
Top war auch, dass wir kontaktiert wurden, als die Ferienwohnung bezugsbereit war und somit nicht bis 16 Uhr warten mussten.
Teilweise Töpfe und Pfannen sehr zerkratzt.
