The vacation apartments invite you to relax in a very quiet location near the edge of the forest. The house includes a garden with seating areas, which can be used for barbecuing and children's play. The house has charging stations for electric cars and a lockable bicycle cellar with bike racks. The nearest bus stop and a playground are both less than a 5-minute walk away. You can reach all the local wine taverns within a 10-minute walk. The town center and the Main River are both about a 15-minute walk away, where you'll find shopping opportunities. The surrounding area offers many attractions and activities, such as the Engelberg Monastery, mountain biking trails, hiking paths, and health resorts.

Conditions/extras
Payment is made on-site in cash or by bank transfer. A deposit of 20% of the total price can be charged at any time after booking. Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations between 6 and 3 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost. Cancellations 2 days prior to arrival will be charged at 80% of the total cost.

Description of the accommodation
Our completely renovated holiday apartment with approximately 95m² of living space offers accommodation for 2-7 people. The covered 15m² balcony with a valley view of the Spessart and Odenwald, as well as the Engelberg Monastery, invites you to relax or enjoy a meal together. The apartment features 3 bedrooms, each with a very comfortable double bed and a high-quality Smart TV with satellite channels. All three bedrooms are bright thanks to their large windows, and two have direct access to the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator including a freezer compartment, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, and coffee machine leaves nothing to be desired. The large table with its comfortable chairs and the large TV, along with available board games, are perfect for relaxed family evenings. The spacious bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, large mirror, hairdryer, and towel warmer completes the overall picture. A washing machine and dryer are also available. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking spaces in front of the house free of charge.

Conditions/extras
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is possible until 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Key handover takes place on site. Pets are allowed upon request. A baby cot/extra bed/high chair can be provided upon request (for a one time fee of 15EUR). Included in the base price: final cleaning, towels, bed linen, Wi-Fi, parking, washing machine, etc.
