Located on the 4th floor (no elevator) in a quiet residence, this rental comprises : - an open-plan living area with lounge and dining room, - a 6 m² balcony overlooking the park, - separate kitchen with dining area and equipment: coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, - bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm) and desk area, - bedroom with double bed (140 cm) and desk area, - bathroom with bath/shower, - separate WC, - vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, clothes hangers, - TV and Wifi.
