The well-equipped kitchen features generous workspaces and all necessary cooking equipment. Two elegant living rooms, furnished with exclusive furniture, offer impressive sea views. Here you can relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The large terrace is an oasis, furnished for maximum comfort and offers panoramic sea views. For an even more memorable experience, visit the unique lookout tower. From here, you can enjoy the view and watch the boat traffic towards Gothenburg from two comfortable seats. The villa offers four spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms with showers.


There are only 13 houses on the entire island, with 10 of them being permanently inhabited. There are no cars on the island, only a few ATVs. To reach the house and the island, you will walk with your luggage from the parking lot across a bridge to the front part of the island (about 300m from where you park your car). After the bridge, there is a paved path for the first part, followed by a wide natural trail with a mix of gravel and rock.


Things to See and Do on Långholmen and Nearby

At the harbor, there is great crab fishing for both small and large children. The eastern part of the island is uninhabited, providing excellent walking routes on the cliffs, which sometimes offer some elevation, for example, to enjoy the view towards Gothenburg's harbor entrance or the southern archipelago.


Gothenburg boasts a vibrant city life and a wide range of shopping, areas to stroll in, and activities such as Liseberg, Universeum, Ullevi, Trädgårdsföreningen, Botanical Garden, Kungsportsavenyn, Haga, and a vast selection of restaurants.


Torslanda Golf Club is about 2 km away. On the island of Hisingen, you will also find Albatross Golf Club, St Jörgen Golf Club, and HGC Hisingens Golf Center.


For those wanting to venture further up and out along the coast, a trip to Hönö (about 13 km including a free ferry that departs every 15 minutes) is highly recommended. Hönö Klåva has cafes and restaurants. There is a nice bathing area in Lappesand.


Good to Know about the Accommodation

Bed linen and towels are not available in the house – Please bring your own. They can be rented from the owner for 250 SEK/person. Must be pre-booked.

Final cleaning is not included in the price, so the house must be cleaned before departure, but can be purchased from the owner for 2500 SEK. Must be pre-booked.

Electricity is included in the price.

Pets are allowed in the house.
