First floor: - Bedroom 1: with 1 king-size bed (180×200) - Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds - Bathroom with bath and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A 10 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather - A 50 m² garden, not enclosed or private The flat is ideally located in Drancy, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (one space available) as well as in the open-air car park (2 vehicles).
