The holiday flat Almwiese is located on the 1st floor on the quiet backside of the flat house "Allgäuhaus", with entrance directly in the pedestrian zone.
The car park is also at the back of the house.
Due to the central location, all shops such as bakeries, supermarkets, butchers, pharmacies and restaurants in the pedestrian zone are at your feet.
The Nebelhorn cable car, the Orlen Arena with its ski jumps and the railway and bus station are just a few minutes away.
In the basement of the centrally located Allgäuhaus you will find a coin-operated washing machine and a coin-operated tumble dryer.
It is also possible to store skis in a lockable ski rack.
On the ground floor you will find various shops and a general practitioner's surgery.
In the immediate vicinity is the Oberstdorf Haus with tourist office and the Kurpark with connection to the Fuggerpark.
Thanks to the top location of our holiday flat and "bus included", you don't need a car for your stay in Oberstdorf.
We have furnished our holiday flat with great attention to detail; you will feel at home! As you enter the flat, you enter the bright hallway, which is equipped with an old wooden wardrobe.
Immediately to the right is the newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and WC.
At the end of the front area is the very well-equipped new kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso machine and milk frother.
A glass door leads into the light-flooded living and sleeping area.
At the front is the dining table with two comfortable armchairs, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
Opposite the new, high-quality, cosy sofa/bed sofa with slatted frame and a Medicare mattress with topper hangs the large Smart TV mounted on the old wooden wall.
The south-facing balcony with a marvellous mountain view invites you to dine or simply put your feet up in the sunshine with the comfortable seating area and parasol.
The car park is also at the back of the house.

Wie jedes Mal haben wir uns in diesem wunderschönen Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit genossen. Die Ausstattung und der herzliche Kontakt zur Familie Winkel lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Ferienwohnung und haben uns erneut sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet, seht gemütlich und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Auch die Lage direkt im Zentrum von Oberstdorf mit Geschäften in unmittelbarer Nähe ist perfekt. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub in dieser Wohnung.
