Anne-Marie & Patrice (a discerning oenophile), welcome you to a charming, revamped "seventies" villa, nestled in a "panoramic balcony" on the side of a well-exposed "east" hillside, on a very beautiful property (carefully planted with flowers & flowers), located in a quiet residential hamlet nestled in the very heart of the bucolic vineyards of the "Val d'Or" (premier cru "Mercurey"), a stone's throw from the village center, a picturesque little wine-growing village perfectly preserved & steeped in charm.
