Accommodation description
This historic villa, right in the centre of Kirchberg, offers all the luxury you could want and is furnished by the well-known designer Eric Kuster. In the basement is a wine cellar, a wellness area with sauna, whirlpool, a shower and sun beds. On the ground floor, you enter through a stately hall where the old elements have been preserved. There is a spacious living room with fireplace, kitchen with bar and wine fridge, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, lounge with chaise longue and a roof terrace
The attractive centre of Kirchberg offers many restaurants, shops and, of course, a wide range of cosy apres-ski bars, which can be reached within walking distance. Fashionable Kitzbühel (approx. 7 km) has many, upmarket shops and a wide range of restaurants and bars. From the centre of Kirchberg, you can take the Fleckalmbahn or the Maierlbahn to the slopes of Kitzbühel In summer, Kirchberg and its surroundings are also a wonderful holiday destination. If you like an active holiday, you can enjoy hiking and mountain biking here. Several golf courses are located within a radius of 30 km. On hot days, you can take a refreshing dip in the nearby 'Badesee'. There are 2 slides, a swimming pool, paddling pool, a beautiful sunbathing area and you can rent a boat

Het huis is prachtig, super ruim, mooi ingericht, uitgebreide keuken met alle benodigdheden.
Sauna was heerlijk! Jacuzzi hadden we wat problemen mee, maar dat werd opgelost.
Huis staat midden in het centrum met winkels om de hoek.
Skibus naar de gondel (gratis) stopt voor de deur.

great location - lovely house with quality fittings. irene was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Ski area is excellent as well and lovely restaurants nearby. kitchen well fitted for eating in a couple of nights with large party

Villa Filzer is everything you could want in a ski chalet and more. Located exactly in the center of Kirchberg - you have anything you might want within a short walk. The ski shuttle picks you up steps from the chalet and within 5 minutes you’re on the gondola.
I highly recommend!
