The accommodation comprises - A 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed ... - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - Shower room - Separate WC Outside area : - A terrace of 3 m² to enjoy the fine weather The flat is ideally located in Bondy, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Cinema, library - Bondy woods 300 m away - Walk along the Canal de l'Orque 200 m away - In summer, the town installs an artificial beach along the Canal de l'Orque, and organizes boat trips in Paris across the Canal de l'Orque to the Cité de Science.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
