Cocoonr offers this charming character house for rent in Aix-en-Provence, set against the backdrop of a Provencal bastide dating from 1865. With a surface area of 119 m², it can accommodate up to 6 travellers (4 adults and 2 children). The accommodation has an authentic feel, with old wooden beams and a built-in stone dovecote.
A round part of the dovecote adds a unique charm to the main room. The house comprises a lovely living room, a fitted kitchen, three lovely bedrooms and a shower room.

The accommodation comprises Ground floor - A 47 m² living room with TV, armchair, dining area and access to a small terrace - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, coffee machines (Nespresso, filter and French press)... and a bar. - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: a double bed (120×190) on the ground floor and a single bed (120×190) on the first floor of this former dovecote, accessible via the staircase. - Bathroom with shower and WC Outside: - A 10 m² terrace equipped with a small table and chairs with a view of the Sainte-Victoire.
This terrace is designed for smokers or for enjoying the fine weather, but is not suitable for lunching if you are more than two people. The courtyard adjoining the terrace is used as a car park and is shared with the owners.
